Researchers from Shanghai Feilun Non-ferrous Metal Refinery developed the lead renewable technology for eliminating the battery pollution.

This technology can sort and recycle the different part in a battery and make them into useful resources. Shanghai produces 2.5 million waste batteries that contain lead annually, and only 60% is recycled. Experts think the batteries should be recycled to prevent lead resource from waste and pollution.
