Last year, 68 administration projects were settled in 3 steps. These projects greatly reduce 33% of sulfur dioxide in air above urban area. Besides, they also reduce 12% of carbon monoxide, 8% of nitrogen monoxide, 4% of suspended substance. More than 75% days in last year had air qualities in third class or beyond third class. All these data shows that Beijing has get rid of the shadow of pollution.
