We are entering the second year of the Ford Foundation-funded International Fellowships Program. This program provides opportunities for advanced study to exceptional individuals who will use this education to become leaders in their respective fields, furthering development in their own countries and greater economic and social justice worldwide. The program actively recruits candidates from social groups and communities that lack systematic access to higher education.

In addition to our direct advertising, we feel that you may have good recommendations of potential applicants for this competitive program. Applicants must meet the following criteria to be eligible for this competition:

• citizens of China, currently residing in China
• residing and working in places *other than* Beijing, Shanghai, Tianjin, Guangzhou, Nanjing, Hongkong, or Macao
• already have a Bachelor's degree or its equivalent from an accredited university
• have at least three (3) years of work experience
