The commending meeting of environmental protection women was held by State Bureau of Environmental Protection and women association on June 4th. In China more than 700 thousand women took part in the knowledge competition named Women and Environment. Over one million women took part in the environmental protection movement held in local areas. Women improved their knowledge through those activities. In the meeting 100 women were honored to be given the title 100 Environmental Protection Women.
