The environmental assessment system has functioned well in reducing the pollution and the destruction of environment. But with the development of market, the system exposed its weaknesses in some parts. Those weaknesses have become the obstacle during the process of carrying out the system. One of the most prominent problems is that the system lacks the post-project analysis. Then the lack leads to many problems, such as weakening the function of the system, doing harm to the regulation and so on.
