United Nations Environment Program issued a report entitled Prospects for Global Environment in 2000 in Nairobi on September 15. In report, those experts considered that in the next century human being is going to face a several environment crisis. Enforcing the international cooperation from now and struggling together is the only way to solve the problem. The report shows that reasons of decreasing environmental quality are majority of human population can not shake off poverty and the rich belonging to small part of population excessively consume the resource. In next century it will be inevitable that the lack of clean water, air pollution of city and Greenhouse effect.
