China will train systematically 90% of leading cadres and officers in environmental protection. Over half of local governmental leaders in charge of the environmental protection will receive trains on environmental protection laws and regulations, and basic knowledge on environmental science. At the same time, all persons in environmental law enforcement and supervision will be given post training once. It aims to increase the theoretical level and actual working capability of them, realize the environmental target and promote the development of environmental protection cause during the 10th five-year plan.
