The central observatory reports that No. 20 tropic storm "Megkhla" already landed at Sanya City of Hainan Province at 6:30 pm yesterday. When landed, the biggest wind force of its center is at force 9th. At 5 this morning the center is located in Dongfang City of the province and the biggest wind force near the center is at force 8th.
