Recently Beijing Agricultural Technical Station revealed that research program of remote-sensing technique and agricultural engineering application has been passed through the check and acceptance of the state. This is the first time for China to adopt the combination of satellite and ground remote sensing techniques to monitor the crop diseases and pests and apply in large areas for preventing and controlling the wheat aphids.
