According to the information from authoritative sectors in Liaoning Province, at present, all provincial crop and forest are suffering a large area of insects' disaster, and the situation is grim. In the light of statistics of plants protection station of Liaoning Province, the area of crop suffering insects' disaster in whole province reaches 1.2 million hectares. Flying locusts harms 20 rural areas and 140 villages, the harmed area amounts to 26667 hectares. Vegetables insects and seeds insects are taking place at the stage of moderate seriousness. According to the statistics by quarantine station of forest insects prevention and control in Liaoning Province, all regions in the province took place forestry insects at different levels, among them, there were almost 466,667 hectares of forest breaking out severe insects.
